RANDALL SCHRIVER: … I suspect they’ll mostly be taking the measure of one another. … The Chinese were hoping that the Biden administration would be a reset and a return to normal, in terms of U.S.-China engagement. I think thus far what they’ve seen is more continuity than they might have otherwise expected…
