On October 18, CESI Chairman Randall G. Schriver joined Aaron MacLean on his podcast “School of War” to discuss U.S.-China relations and the launch of CESI. Chairman Schriver discussed how the United States’ current “economic entanglement” with the PRC has empowered their military modernization through the access of critical U.S. supply chains and sectors. Chairman Schriver emphasized the role that CESI will play in helping to assess the economic tools available to U.S. policymakers to better position the U.S., and its allies, to compete with China.
